Located practically on top of the beach with stunning sea views and overlooking the pier, No1 Cromer is the epitome of seaside dining. They pride themselves on serving the freshest seafood and locally caught fish. With such high standards, they needed a range that could provide a quality product and keep up with the high demand of such a large and popular restaurant that spans 2 floors.
As always, Florigo rose to the challenge and provided a 6 pan wall range complete with inbuilt Ansul fire suppression and a heated pass so the chefs can serve fresh from the range directly into the restaurant.
By special request of No1 Cromer we had custom powder coated ducting made to seamlessly blend into the aesthetics of the kitchen.
Their interior keeps things simple with natural woods and the same serene blue used on the outside of the building. The real showstopper is the huge floor to ceiling windows surrounding the diners, giving them outstanding views of the North Sea's natural beauty.
