Rowe Fish & Chips in Stevenage has tried a variety of ways to build on his trade: ‘I’ve put adverts in gyms, on the radio and I’ve done two local papers for 10 years. The owners, Jonathan and Famke, were completely new to the trade so our trainer was on hand for two days to guide them through the daunting prospect of their shop opening its doors for the first time.
