Exactly a year to the day after Adrian Midgely installed a Florigo at his premises in Leeds, he has opened yet another shop, this time in Bradford, and it will come as no surprise to discover he chose another Florigo! The shop is in a great location on the Harrogate Road in the Eccleshill area of Bradford and needed a total refit and refurbishment to bring it up to the standard that Adrian and his business partner, David Greasley, expect. Adrian says 'We already have two other very successful shops in the area and we know what works with the customers, they want a quality product each and every time they come into the shop, times have definitely changed and we have to accept that quality of the product is the most important thing now - I don't think any other manufacturer understands this as much as Florigo do'. The new shop employs 8 staff and is open 6 days a week, it was also important to Adrian that when he was not on site the quality of the product did not alter, 'that's another reason why I like Florigo so much' he says, 'the Flotronic computer controls ensure that the product is the same each and every time no matter who is frying'.

Adrian and David chose an Island range with High Efficiency pans, ceramic controllers in the hotboxes and a bain marie built into the extended lip of the island range - his island counter was also enhanced by down lighting complimenting the new decor of the shop. Adrian says 'We have already doubled the turnover and extended the menu, we are even offering gluten free battered product cooked to order and its proving very successful - I trust the Florigo Brand totally - I have always been impressed with Florigo, they are the consummate professionals and nothing is too much trouble'. 'I personally cannot believe the superb quality of the product', said David Greasley, 'I am extremely impressed with the high efficiency pans and how quick they recover'. Customers have already noticed the vast improvement and quality of the product, Adrian says 'There was never any doubt in my mind, and if I open another shop next year I am sure you can guess what range will be in it!'
