A charming seaside village, Sutton on Sea has a tranquil and safe atmosphere and the award-winning beach is the jewel in the crown of this lovely quiet resort. One of the most popular places to stop and eat is Waldo's Fish Restaurant which is ideally located on the High Street - Wayne, who has been cooking since he was 16, originally moved from the West Midlands to be the manager of Waldo's in 1999 but in May 2006, together with his wife Sally, became the proud owners of the business.

Waldos is a traditional fish and chip restaurant and takeaway, offering both the best quality fish and potatoes available and fried in the finest beef dripping - with a 38 seater restaurant they are busy throughout the year but especially in the summer season, 'I knew the old range well' said Wayne 'after all I had fried on it for the last 7 years but I knew it had to be replaced, it could not keep up with demand when we were busy and it was costing a lot to run'.

Wayne looked at the trade press, after all the best recommendations are from other friers, and decided that the only company he would call would be Florigo - Lee Woodward came to discuss the options available and what impressed Wayne the most was his honesty 'I liked and trusted Lee', Wayne said 'He told us from the start Florigo would be a larger investment but that it would halve out energy bills, and it has! He also told us it could more than cope on busy days and after our first summer season I can confirm he was correct!'

Wayne had limited space at the shop and decided that a bespoke, custom built Florigo wall range would best suit his exacting requirements - working with Lee Woodward from Florigo he decided on High efficiency pans (baskets for chips with flotronic computer controls and square pans for fish) with in built filtration and separate return pipes - with eye to detail Wayne also requested blue down lighting to ensure that the range complimented the décor of the shop and enhanced the range itself.

'I would not hesitate to recommend a Florigo' said Wayne 'from Lee Woodward who was great to deal with, Joe at Complete Leasing who organised our finance, the brilliant install team from Electrotest to the service & back up team at the office - having being in the trade for so many years I have never had such a great experience!'.
