Turbo Chef are an established American company and have developed patented heat technology that allows you to produce a superior product up to 12 times faster than a conventional oven - you also do not need to have extraction for the oven as the units have a catalytic converter which cleans the air - you also do not need any filters as its built into the oven and it will also save you money on your utility bills as the oven (unlike conventional clam grills) has a stand by mode which should save you approximately 50% - reducing your carbon footprint too!!
