Stephen & Amy Cheung from Fortune Fish & Chips run an extremely successful fish and chip shop in Wigan, Lancashire. Stephen & Amy have worked very hard since they were young, growing up in the business, to make their already successful business even better - they own another shop just down the road in Morecambe but when it came to replacing the Florigo range in Wigan there was only one range they wanted - Florigo!

Says Stephen 'I had a Florigo in the Wigan shop for many years, I have worked on other ranges since I was young but Florigo has always been the best and most reliable'.

Robert Furey was on hand to help and advise Stephen through the process from design to install and training 'It was a pleasure to work with Stephen & Amy' said Robert 'together we designed a range that would suit their exact requirements for now and in the future'.

Stephen chose a bespoke hand crafted range with High Efficiency Pans, with built in filtration and separate return pipes, a bespoke section was designed to run adjacent to the main range to house the bain marie's and a separate 'L' shaped island counter with a flap and gate completed the design - the range was also complimented with a formica veneer front in 'copper leaves' and was finished off with colour co ordinated green down lighting to enhance the counter and range and compliment the décor of the premises.

The install of the new range started early - at 4am!! This was to avoid causing a traffic jam on the main road just outside the shop; the install team from Electrotest, led by Simon Parsonson was on hand to ensure that everything went smoothly 'As always the installation and commissioning of the range went smoothly' says Simon 'Stephen already knows he can rely on Electrotest to service the range when he needs, Stephen looked after us over the two days we were there and its another client I would now consider a friend'.

The shop re opened a few weeks ago, Lee Woodward was on hand to train Stephen and his team with the new technology 'Obviously Stephen knows how to fry', says Lee Woodward 'but we just want to make sure the computer controls are set to his own specific needs, each client has his own timers and heat settings and we, at Florigo, want to ensure their product has consistency and quality'.

'The after sales service that Florigo provide has also been outstanding' said Amy ' Most other companies only ring when they are after money but Florigo have called regularly to check that all is OK and that we have no problems - even Simon from Electrotest has dropped in to say hello - I cant praise everyone enough'
