Since leaving school 18 years ago Martin Bray has worked in the Fish & Chip industry, starting at Harry Ramsdens at Guiseley and then opening his first shop in Leeds three years ago and now buying Vickers in Castleford in February 2006.

Martin says he started looking at ranges 2 years ago, he did his research on what the market had to offer knowing he needed a range that would satisfy customer demand whilst offering high efficiency and energy savings.

'From start to finish' says Martin, 'it has been a pleasure to deal with Florigo, I thought the install would be a problem but the range arrived early on the Monday morning and the engineers were totally professional - it went exactly as planned and I was open again on Wednesday'.

'Even after just a few weeks we have noticed a huge difference, the range is a pleasure to use, and we have increased our turnover by 20%, we have also just had a quarterly gas bill in and thats also down a third add to that my savings on fat - 4 boxes a week and you can see why I am so pleased!'
